If you manage multiple properties on Haven, this guide explains how billing works for additional properties beyond your first.
Both Haven subscription plans include one property in the base price. When you add more properties, you're charged a monthly addon fee for each additional property:
| Plan | Base Price | Per Additional Property |
|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $9.95/month | +$6.99/month |
| Pro | $39.95/month | +$2.99/month |
Counted toward billing:
NOT counted toward billing:
When you archive a property, it's automatically removed from your billing count and your monthly total decreases accordingly.
When you create a new property, billing is updated automatically. You'll see prorated charges on your next invoice based on when the property was added during your billing cycle.
When you archive a property, the addon fee for that property is removed. You'll receive a prorated credit on your next invoice.
When you unarchive a property, it becomes billable again. Prorated charges will apply.
You can see your property count and monthly billing breakdown in your Host Dashboard:
Yes, your first property is always included in your base subscription price. Addon fees only apply starting from your second property.
When you switch from Essentials to Pro (or vice versa), your property addon pricing automatically adjusts to the new plan's rates. Your property count stays the same.
Yes, you can still view and access your archived properties. They just aren't visible to the public and don't count toward your billing.
Absolutely. You can unarchive a property at any time, and it will become billable again immediately (prorated).
Stripe handles proration automatically. If you add or remove a property mid-billing-cycle, you'll be charged or credited for only the days remaining in that cycle.
| # Properties | Essentials Monthly | Pro Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $9.95 | $39.95 |
| 2 | $16.94 | $42.94 |
| 3 | $23.93 | $45.93 |
| 4 | $30.92 | $48.92 |
| 5 | $37.91 | $51.91 |
| 10 | $72.86 | $66.86 |
Tip: If you have 8+ properties, the Pro plan becomes less expensive than Essentials, even before considering the service fee savings.
