Managing Property Collections

Once you've created property collections, you can manage them to keep your properties organized and settings synchronized.

Viewing Property Collections

Access your property collections from:

• Host Dashboard
• Property Collections section
• Individual property pages (shows collection membership)

Editing Collection Settings

Update Shared Settings

1. Open collection settings - Click on a property collection
2. Edit settings - Modify shared configurations
3. Apply to all - Changes apply to all properties in the collection
4. Save - Save your changes

Common Updates

• Pricing adjustments
• Availability changes
• Policy updates
• Rule modifications

Adding Properties to Collections

1. Open collection settings - Navigate to the property collection
2. Click "Add Property" - Add a new property to the collection
3. Select property - Choose from your properties
4. Save - Add the property to the collection

Removing Properties from Collections

1. Open collection settings - Navigate to the property collection
2. Find the property - Locate the property in the collection list
3. Remove - Click remove to take it out of the collection
4. Confirm - Confirm the removal

Note: Removing a property from a collection doesn't delete the property. It just removes it from the collection.

Deleting Property Collections

1. Open collection settings - Navigate to the property collection
2. Delete collection - Click delete collection option
3. Confirm - Confirm deletion

Note: Deleting a collection doesn't delete the properties. Properties remain in Haven with their individual settings intact.

Collection Management Tips

1. Regular reviews - Periodically review collection organization
2. Keep updated - Update shared settings as needed
3. Monitor changes - Be aware of how collection changes affect properties
4. Document purpose - Keep notes on why properties are in a collection
