The Emails tab on your Host Dashboard gives you full visibility and control over every email Haven sends to your guests — from booking confirmations to post-stay retargeting.
Go to your Host Dashboard and click the Emails tab. Inside, you'll see three sub-tabs:
The Timeline is your main control panel. It shows two groups of emails:
These are the transactional emails sent during a guest's booking journey:

Emails marked as Recommended show a warning if you try to disable them, since they are important for the guest experience.
Below the email type cards, you'll see a table of all upcoming scheduled emails. Each row shows:
Haven automatically creates email schedules when bookings are confirmed. The system computes send times based on check-in and check-out dates plus the default (or your overridden) timing for each email type.
From the Guests tab, you can:
For each email type, you can override the default timing. For example, change "Check-in instructions" from 10 days before check-in to 5 days. This applies to all future emails of that type.
When you change an email type's timing or enable/disable it:

Use the filters to search by email type, status, or guest email.
