Configuring your property's availability ensures guests can only book when your property is actually available.
Availability Settings
Instant Booking
Enable or disable instant booking:
- Instant Book enabled - Guests can book immediately without approval
- Instant Book disabled - Guests must submit booking requests for your approval
- Set in Availability section - Toggle the "Enable Instant Booking" option
Minimum Stay Requirements
Set minimum stay requirements:
- Minimum nights - Require guests to book at least X nights
- Maximum nights - Limit stays to X nights maximum
- Check-in days - Restrict which days guests can check in
Advance Booking
- Advance notice - How far in advance guests can book
- Same-day bookings - Allow or restrict same-day bookings
- Booking window - How far out bookings can be made
Blocked Dates
Manually block dates when your property is unavailable:
- Personal use
- Maintenance
- Already booked elsewhere
- Special events
Calendar Sync
Sync with external calendars to automatically update availability:
iCal Integration
- Connect external calendars (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.)
- Automatically block dates from synced calendars
- Keep availability in sync across platforms

- Get your iCal feed URL from external platforms
- Add it to Haven's calendar sync
- Haven automatically blocks dates from external calendars
- Updates happen automatically

- Plan ahead - Set availability well in advance
