About the property
Casa Karma was designed and decorated with works by artists from Mérida, Mexico City and Puerto Vallarta. Every piece of furniture was chosen for what you truly want in a beachfront home: luxury, comfort and ease. Four en-suite bedrooms, a spacious open living area, a chef’s kitchen, a dedicated work room, and a beachfront pool patio that changes every hour as the light moves across the Caribbean.

After years of home renovations, remodels and world travel, I found my calling: creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed spaces where people truly enjoy life. After the success of my first villa in Puerto Vallarta, I fell in love with Playa del Carmen and built Casa Karma to share that magic with others.

Cancún International Airport is about an hour north; one round-trip car transfer is included in the rate. Inside the gated community, the villa is a 10-minute walk to 5th Avenue and 8 minutes along the sand to the Cozumel ferry pier.
