What’s included in the rate?

The whole house, stocked with all necessities and amenities, including the private patio and pool. The rate also includes one round-trip car transfer from Cancún Airport, housekeeping, pool service and Wi-Fi. An in-house chef, massage therapist, yoga instructor and pre-arrival groceries are available at an additional cost.

How far is it from 5th Avenue?

About a 10-minute walk through Playacar Phase 1, or 8 minutes along the beach to the pier. The Cozumel ferry is also about 8 minutes on foot along the sand.

Is it family-friendly?

Absolutely. Families stay here often: four private suites, a pool and direct beach access inside gated Playacar Phase 1, with 24/7 security. Children need appropriate supervision around the pool and beach; water conditions vary.

Can we hire a private chef?

Yes. We can arrange a talented private chef for any evening: tell us your preferences and any dietary needs and we will handle it before you arrive. The same goes for in-home massage and private yoga.

Request your dates on the live calendar here and Karla confirms within 24 hours. Booking direct means you deal with the owner from the first message and can arrange the chef, groceries and airport pickup while confirming your dates. You can also send your dates by the form, email or WhatsApp.

Is airport transportation available?

Yes. The rate includes one round-trip car transfer from Cancún Airport. Share your flight details before you travel so we can arrange your pickup and return.

Is there a minimum stay over the holidays?

Some holiday periods require a longer stay. We confirm the minimum, rate, fees and cancellation terms for your exact dates before you pay.

Can someone cook our holiday dinner?

Yes. Tell us the meal you have in mind and any dietary needs, and we can arrange a private-chef quote before you arrive. Chef services cost extra.

Can we stay outside Thanksgiving and Christmas?

Yes, ask about dates throughout November to February; a booked holiday week does not mean the rest of the month is. New Year’s Eve is unavailable this season. Sending an inquiry does not reserve or hold dates.

Is the Playa del Carmen beach cam live?

Yes. It streams 24/7 from Casa Karma’s beachfront patio in Playacar, powered by Coastal Camera Network, looking over Playacar beach and the Caribbean. Temporary interruptions can happen.

Can I see sargassum on the cam?

Yes. The camera is an easy way to check the visible beach before you go; the travel guide covers the seasonal patterns. The view does not establish water quality or swimming safety.
