The house has been recently remodeled with modern amenities including a hot tub, a stock tank pool, mini-split heating/cooling, and a soaking tub with stunning views. The property also features an outdoor dining area, an outdoor fire pit, a lounge area in a renovated school bus, and benches to enjoy the sunset in the garden. Make this your peaceful desert retreat to truly capture the spirit of Joshua Tree. Please note that one bathroom is in the house, and the two additional private bathrooms are in a small building outside the house.
Smoking is only allowed outside, but please pick up your butts or you will be fined $200. Pets are allowed with a fee of $100 per pet. The pet fee includes 2 pets. There is an additional fee of $25 for a third pet. The maximum number of pets is 3. We provide a pet bed, bowls, waste bags, grooming brushes, and sheets to cover the furniture, and we expect pet owners/service animal owners to use them. If our cleaners find excessive pet hair on the furniture, pet accidents, or excessive waste left in the garden, there may be additional cleaning fees that generally start at $50. We offer early check-ins and late check-outs when available for a fee: Late check-out at noon: $45.00 Early check-in at 2pm: $45.00 Please note: Unauthorized late check-out: $100.00 Unauthorized pet fees: $150.00 Professional photography and filming are only allowed with the owner's permission and a location fee. If we discover that you filmed on our property without notifying us, we will request a location fee of $1000/day. So please ask before filming! This includes accounts belonging to social media influencers, sponsored social media posts, monetized YouTube, Snap chat or TikTok, student short films, fashion shoots for small brands, commercials, music videos, etc., so please give us the opportunity to work with you and ask for permission first.
