Yucca, 29, and JTNP are just 15-30 minutes away, and you won't hear any of that from here.

This 5-acre property is unfenced to take advantage of the panoramic views. There is a jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor shower, as well as a grill and an outdoor dining area. We are out of town, so there are plenty of stars and tranquility. True indoor/outdoor living.
No parties allowed. Campfires only when it is CALM (no wind). Firewood not provided. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 2 adults and one child (there is only one queen bed, and the sofa bed is only acceptable for children, as it is just 4 feet from the main bed, with no walls or doors). The cabin is NOT childproof. If there is excessive wear or stains and additional cleaning is required (including the jacuzzi), the additional cleaning fee is $75. Smoking only outside, but please pick up your butts or you will be fined $200. Professional photography and filming are only allowed with the owner's permission and a location fee. If we discover that you filmed on our property without notifying us, we will request a location fee of $1000/day. So please ask before filming! This includes accounts belonging to social media influencers, sponsored social media posts, monetized YouTube, Snap chat or TikTok, student films, fashion shoots for small brands, commercials, music videos, etc., so please give us the opportunity to work with you and ask for permission first. The house is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $150.
